From Paris, you will have to take an international flight Air France, (about 11h) to the capital of Madagascar, Antananarivo, then a domestic flight by Madagascar Airlines to Tulear (1h45). For other sources, we recommend you contact your national or local airlines.
Depending on the schedule, you may be required to spend one night on Antananarivo or Tulear. We recommend:

The cost of a taxi from Tulear airport to the center is 40 000Ar (about 8€)
The cost of a rickshaw on Tuléar centre is from 2 000Ar to 3 000Ar (about 0,60€)
You will be very requested by porters, taxis, shoots, guides, ... Think about setting the price of the
Race before getting into the vehicle! The discovery is already starting!
For the continuation of your trip, 1h of sea shuttle from Anakao Express to Anakao village.
Fare: 70 000 Ar (about 15€)
Finally, the last straight line to get to Beheloka, 45mn of track in 4x4 inland where you will cross several typical villages of the region.
Fare: about 400,000 Ar (around 83€)
We can arrange for you the transfer Tuléar/ Anakao and the 4x4 to Beheloka (with a commission).
